Tech company Affle's subsidiary, Affle MEA, has signed an asset purchase agreement with Digital Turbine to acquire key assets from AdColony, including Android and iOS SDKs, technology platform, and brand name.
Affle MEA's acquisition of select assets from AdColony, such as SDKs, technology platform, and brand name, is part of a definitive agreement with Digital Turbine. The deal encompasses Android and iOS SDKs, technology platform, publisher and mediation platform integrations, brand name, domain, and related goodwill.
