DigiPlus Interactive Corp. is considering acquiring the Manila Diamond Hotel to merge two adjacent Manila hotel properties into a larger casino and entertainment complex.
The company revealed its plans in a disclosure to the Philippine Stock Exchange, stating that it is exploring the potential purchase of the Roxas Boulevard property. This strategic move would involve integrating the Manila Diamond Hotel with the New Coast Hotel Manila, enhancing its land-based gaming presence in the region.
