The Malta Gaming Authority issued €162,520 in penalties in 2025, along with other regulatory actions detailed in its Annual Report.
The Malta Gaming Authority disclosed that it imposed 30 administrative penalties amounting to €162,520 ($185,611) in 2025. Additionally, the Authority issued 35 cease-and-desist letters, 22 warnings, suspended one license, and revoked two licenses. One appeal was lodged during the year as well. These findings were outlined in the Authority's Annual Report and audited Financial Statements for the financial year ending on Dec. 31, 2025.
