New Jersey court rules against Evolution’s request to add Playtech to defamation lawsuit
Stockholm-listed gambling technology firm Evolution AB faced a setback in its legal dispute in the US. The Superior Court of New Jersey in Atlantic County rejected Evolution's plea to include gaming tech provider Playtech as a defendant in its defamation case against law firm Calcagni & Kanefsky LLP.
