In an effort to connect with the gaming audience, Sharma highlighted Ball's gaming background and Van Vliet's history with Xbox. Ball, respected in gaming, media, and technology, will officially start this month. Van Vliet will focus on enhancing product development. The recent management changes also include the promotion of Chris Schnakenberg to corporate vice president of partnerships and business development.
