Xsolla has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Sabah.hub, an innovation and investment platform based in Azerbaijan, to bolster the country's growing gaming and technology sector. The agreement, finalized on July 1st, 2026, represents a significant step for Xsolla in its collaboration with Azerbaijan's Ministry/IDDA, meeting the requirement to engage with local entities this year.
